As a double stacked configuration, this unit includes two individual ovens that allow you to double your baking capacity in the same small footprint. Plus, each oven fits 5 half size sheet pans, so you are able to capitalize on cooking space.
Each convection oven boasts 5.8 kW of heating power and a 2 speed bi-directional reversing fan system that spreads heat throughout the entire oven, ensuring evenly cooked products. The large 3/4″ digital display makes it easy to view the current temperature and time remaining on a set timer. The electronic thermostat control, adjustable between 150-500 degrees Fahrenheit, also allows for ultimate precision and accommodates a wide range of recipes. To save you time and to make things easy, this oven can be set with up to 20 programs, allowing you to save and recall your most popular recipes with a push of a button. With 3 stage cooking and stage end alarms, you will always know exactly when to check your pizza, flatbread, or cookies.

The moisture injection mode on this oven is adjustable up to 5 levels and is guaranteed to change the way you bake bread. Instead of a dull, hard loaf of bread, moisture injection keeps the bread from losing moisture during the first 5 to 10 minutes of baking and helps to give your bread an enticing, crisp crust.
The interior is covered with a porcelain baking compartment liner that is extremely effective at distributing heat evenly. Each oven compartment can hold up to (5) 13″ x 18″ half size sheet pans in a front to back position, and the rack positions are separated with 3 1/3″ of space. Each oven also comes with 5 chrome plated wire racks so you can start cooking in both ovens right away. The dual halogen lamps in the interior of the oven illuminate the space so you can monitor products at a quick glance. For valuable temperature protection, a continuous door seal ensures the warm air inside does not escape.
The stainless steel front, sides, and top provide durability, ease of cleaning, and corrosion resistance, while the left-hinged door features dual pane glass encased in stainless steel door frames with a welded stainless steel door handle. The door is also field convertible and can be easily switched to right-hinged, if desired. The ovens rest on an stainless steel stand that features (4) 3″ casters so you can easily move the unit to clean or move it to a different location. The casters also provide the necessary clearance for cleaning and maintenance while keeping the units at an ergonomic height for easy access! Each oven requires a 220-240V, 1 phase electrical connection.
