The Migali Competitor gas range is a wonderful. My pub is growing and so is the need for my cooked dishes. The surface of every pan heats up evenly. The food heats up great and the cook time is faster with 4 burners and a griddle top. My cooks are enjoying every use of this shining piece of equipment and this is something I highly recommend for any pub or bar owners to use.

I find myself enjoying the griddle more because of the way my mushroom burgers are selling. This also has a great price compared to the ones I’ve see available and I feel like it does more for me than the actual cost it was worth. Highly recommending this and Migali with all who wants to restaurant quality equipment.
Many gas equipment manufacturers need to make adjustments to the equipment so it operates correctly at elevations over 2,000 feet. Sometimes we can special order from the manufacturer and have your cooking equipment delivered ready-to-go, but in cases where your unit is in stock and waiting to ship, you'll need to have a qualified service technician come to your location and alter your unit at the time of installation so that it is compatible with a higher elevation.
