The Migali C-RO8-NG Competitor Series® gas range automatically shuts off if the temperature gets too high to prevent overheating and element burnout. Using the front-located chrome knobs, the temperature is adjustable in the oven and the eight 32,000-BTU, open-top burners. To streamline cleaning, the burners are covered with cast iron grates that can be removed. In the base of this Migali C-RO8-NG commercial range, the ovens provide a place for baking and roasting, and it has one shelf in each oven that can be adjusted to accommodate a variety of needs. Because the exterior, burners, and gas tubing are made of stainless steel, they will last a long time without corroding or damaging.

The Migali C-RO8 literally saved our kitchen. This 8 burner gas range gives us more space for us to cook more with our small kitchen space. We adjusted everything to accommodate the gas range but the adjustment is well worth it. All burners working simultaneously heats up evenly which is a great feat that our past gas range wasn’t able to do. Cooking time is even and precise and as the head chef of this kitchen I must say this is indeed for the pros. Its consistency and even performance ranks it as one of the best in a professional set-up.

Fresh from shipping and installation, it just served its first dinner service and I am impressed. I feel that the knobs work great with controlling the flame and needed to cook all the meals we need to prepare. My line cooks really appreciate the high heat the range has for heating pans and boiling water for pastas. Wonderful, just wonderful!
