The Manitowoc Ice IYT-1900W-261 Indigo NXT ice machine can produce 1,930 pounds of ice per day. Production is adjustable based on volume in the bin or the time of day. Ideal for drinks and bagged ice, half-cube ice measures 0.375 inch by 0.875 inch by 1.125 inches. Internal components are removeable and some have antimicrobial agent built in. An acoustical probe uses sound waves to measure ice thickness, and diagnostics run to monitor the operating status of the unit. Durability and strength are provided by the stainless steel construction, which has a clear coating over the exterior to reduce the appearance of stains.

The D-970 ice bin can hold 882 pounds of ice. Its scoop holds as much as 5.3 pounds of ice, and a thumb and knuckle guard prevent ice from touching users’ hands. To simplify scooping, the door has a cammed latch that keeps it open. The foam-insulated door has side grips so users can easily open it with one hand. Ice sits in a polyurethane blue liner.
