It’s positioned on non-marking Lake-Glide swivel casters for mobility; in order for operators to secure the unit in place when needed, two of its casters have brakes. Its two insulated ice bins each hold 40 pounds and have drains for water removal. This station is arranged with large storage areas to keep close mixers, drinkware, garnishes, and other necessities.
