The Lakeside 6855 GRSAN breakout dining station measures 99 inches wide by 32¹/₂ inches deep by 38 inches high, providing display and storage space in a single footprint. Its 95-inch-wide by 30¹/₂-inch-deep top features two drop leaves to provide ample display space for coffee brewers, cups, snacks, utensils, and napkins. When not in use, these leaves can be dropped down to save space. A stainless steel rail encases three sides of the top to prevent displayed content from falling during transport. Beneath the top section, a dish storage area accommodates plates and bowls so guests can retrieve dinnerware before they select their food choices from the line. On the other side of the unit, three storage compartments accommodate additional utensils and supplies. The left and center compartments include an adjustable laminate shelf for organized storage, and one compartment includes five sets of stainless steel pan ledges to house food pans.

To complement common decorative themes in offices, conference rooms, and hotels, the Lakeside 6855 GRSAN dining station features a black laminate top and gray-sand base laminate. These contrasting colors create a dynamic presence without overwhelming established themes, and to maintain a clean presentation, the top laminate is stain and water resistant. This 99-inch-wide by 32¹/₂-inch-deep by 38-inch-tall unit features a recessed stainless steel panel that conceals its casters on three sides for a built-in appearance. The four 4-inch-diameter heavy-duty casters have non-marking cushion-tread wheels to protect flooring from scuffs and scrapes. For smooth mobility, two of these casters swivel, while the other two are fitted with brakes for stabilization.
