Description

This Imperial IHPA-6-36 gas countertop hotplate comes standard with PyroCentric 32,000 BTU anticlogging burner with a 7,000 BTU/hr low simmer feature. Two flame rings provide even cooking no matter the pan size. The lift-off front grates are 12” x 13” and feature a heavy duty cast iron construction with an anti-clogging pilot hood to protect from grease and debris. The 12” x 13” lift-off back grates are sized for positioning large pots directly over the burner. This Imperial gas countertop hotplate features durable stainless steel front, sides and ledge, welded stainless steel seams, durable cast aluminum control knobs with a Valox heat protection grip, full width crumb tray and 4” heavy duty legs with adjustable feet.
