This IKON IR-2B-24MG-36 commercial range’s burners each emit 30,000 BTU and include 12-inch by 12-inch cast iron grates to accommodate a range of cookware. Integrated beneath the burners, a crumb tray catches debris and grease and can be pulled out fully for thorough cleaning. The 24-inch-wide and 3⁄4-inch-thick griddle plate is conveniently positioned beside the burners and is ideal for cooking eggs, bacon, hamburgers, and more. The oven’s interior door, hearth, and sides have a porcelain coat to withstand repeated heating and cooling and ease cleaning. The two included racks can be placed on the three-position rack guides for specific baking or broiling results.
