The Hatco S-15 Imperial water heater attaches to a water line and dishwasher with ³/₄-inch NPT connections. As water runs through it, it heats the water by either 40 or 70 degrees Fahrenheit, raising it to the 180-degree threshold needed for the final rinse cycle. Its water tank has a 16-gallon capacity, and if its water level falls below the elements, the unit stops heating to avoid element burnout. Immersed in water, the thermostat quickly responds to temperature changes and reaches the desired temperature. If the heat level in the tank exceeds safe levels, the unit shuts off, preventing permanent damage.

When components need maintenance or repair, users can quickly reach them through the front panel. This convenient design means the Hatco S-15 water booster heater can be placed right beside other equipment without problems. Built with a hammertone finish and stainless steel front, the unit is durable and stands on 6-inch legs, keeping it away from potential messes on the floor.
