To further enhance the display, it’s equipped with six incandescent lights with shatter-resistant coated bulbs to ensure food safety. Its prefocused infrared top heat directs elevated temperatures to the holding surface’s outer edges, minimizing temperature loss. So operators can comfortably clean the surface beneath the unit, it’s furnished with 4-inch legs.
