Using thermostatic controls, the temperatures in the unit can be adjusted and monitored on its digital display. Users can locate products before opening the door since it has a glass window.

To aid in transportation, this unit has large swivel casters that lock, so it can be stationary when needed. Inside the Hatco FSHC-7-1 heated cabinet, sheet pans or hotel pans can be placed on the seven slides to hold food. Each slide is adjustable and can accommodate an 18-inch by 26-inch pan or a 12-inch by 20-inch pan. Since the door is reversible, this unit can fit into various layouts.
