Doors are positioned on both sides of the cabinet for pass-thru operation-they’re made of clear Lexan to promote visibility without letting heat escape. To further preserve heat, the cabinet and doors are fully insulated. Overall, this unit measures 25.95 inches wide by 35.10 inches deep by 73.60 inches high.

Electronic controls in the Hatco FSHC-17W2 mobile heated cabinet enable adjustment from 80 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. It also provides a temperature readout on its digital display for monitoring. Adjustable in 1.5-inch increments, the universal slides accommodate 34 steam table pans or 17 sheet pans, and this structure is positioned on 5-inch casters to enable mobility.
