The Globe RC1 Chefmate rice cooker can prepare (25) 1-cup servings at a time and operates with a single switch to keep rice at serving temperature after cooking. With overheat protection, this rice cooker stays at safe temperatures, but if temperatures get high enough to damage the internal components, the system shuts down and must be manually reset. Made of stainless steel, the lid traps steam to cure the rice. A nonstick surface on the removable pot ensures cleanup is quick. A measuring cup and scoop are included for easy use.
