With an internal light and removable double glass door, food in the Equipex FC-60QC half-size countertop convection oven can be monitored, as the thermostat goes as high as 570-degrees Fahrenheit with a 120-minute timer. While baking food on the bottom shelves uniformly and quickly, the TURBOQUARTZ top element enables food on the top shelves to be melted, browned, and finished. To create a true convection pattern, this oven has four wire shelves and a rear fan and heating assembly.
