It can cut 240 loaves in an hour, directing each one toward the blades with the loaf pusher and gravity infeed chute. To hold or pack finished loaves, a shelf is included on the unit’s top-many artisan breads don’t fit in the slicer. This bread slicer is designed to be used on tabletops.
