Temperatures go as high as 600 degrees Fahrenheit, and the Doyon PIZ6 triple deck oven can preheat in 15 to 20 minutes. Its digital timer simplifies monitoring how long products have been cooking, and heat is evenly distributed throughout the cavities by the reversing fan system.
