We bought this set because we were getting an induction stove top. We started using it on our flat top electric stove and it changed our cooking experience. Everything cooks faster, more evenly, better. Nothing slides to the side and the bottoms of every piece is flat and doesn’t bow out with heat. I kept burning things in the beginning because the heat is evenly distributed. There is a learning curve to use this cookware. Now we have our induction stove top and that is another learning curve. I love these pots and am already getting them as gifts. We had All-Clad and Calphalon before this and I cannot believe the difference. The only and only thing I need to make sure to say as a caution is that it is heavy. I highly recommend this set.
