Each section includes three chrome-plated shelves, making them corrosion resistant. These shelves can be adjusted as needed and are made of wire for air circulation. For mobility, this freezer is positioned on 5-inch casters.

Using an easyTouch screen, the temperature in the Delfield GAF2P-S reach-in freezer can be adjusted from -5 to 0 degrees Fahrenheit. It provides a current readout of the temperature; if it dips too low or rises too high, an alarm sounds to inform nearby employees. The cabinet is brightened by LED lights to help users find what they’re looking for. For durability, this unit is made of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel, and its door is ABS lined to facilitate cleaning.
