Because the unit is a high-temperature model, it uses 180-degree Fahrenheit water to sanitize dishes in the rinse cycle, which eliminates the need for chemical sanitization. To reach this level, the Safe-T-Temp booster heater raises the temperature 70 degrees Fahrenheit. Standard, 193/4-inch by 193/4-inch dish racks fit in this CMA Dishmachines CMA-181 GW rack undercounter glass washer. An open rack is included for flatware and a peg rack for tumblers and dishes, and to accommodate platters and large plates, the door clearance is 113/4 inches tall.
