To preserve cold air, the cabinet is built with foamed-in-place, high-density polyurethane insulation, and by using a self-contained refrigeration system and R450A refrigerant, this unit maintains temperatures between 32 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit.

The Centerline by Traulsen CLUC-72R-GD-LRR three-section refrigerator’s exterior is made of stainless steel-a rugged, corrosion-resistant metal that’s simple to clean. Its anodized aluminum interior provides additional corrosion resistance to endure high-volume use. Designed for undercounter placement, it measures 72³/₁₆ inches wide by 33 inches deep by 34¹/₁₆ inches high, and it’s mounted on 4-inch casters to enable mobility. The front set of casters has locks to secure the unit in place.
