Because it’s furnished with 4-inch casters to enable mobility, it can be moved to different areas or wheeled out of the way for cleaning. Its exterior is made of durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel, and its interior cabinet has an anodized aluminum construction.

Beneath the Centerline by Traulsen CLUC-36F-SD-LR undercounter freezer’s worktop, a two-section cabinet has left- and right-hinged doors that can swing out and be secured in a 105-degree position, streamlining product insertion and removal. Each section has two adjustable, epoxy-coated shelves on which users can store product. The self-contained, rear-mounted refrigeration system establishes temperatures from -3 to 3 degrees Fahrenheit, and foamed-in-placed polyurethane insulation helps retain these temperatures when the doors are opened. The LED display provides a temperature readout, and users can adjust temperatures with the electronic controls.
