In food warm mode, the cabinet can be adjusted with the manual controls allowing you to set to the temperature up to 185°F. In proofing mode, this unit allows you to adjust the humidity between 30%-95% while maintaining a temperature up to 115° F. This unit is constructed from aluminum to provide durability, while the corner bumpers installed ensure safety when transporting. Easily transport or move this cabinet with the help of the four 5″ casters and secure it in place by locking the front casters. If you do not have an elevated loading dock or forklift to unload your items from the truck, you will need a lift gate and must select this option at checkout. Additional fees will apply for lift gate service.
A lift gate is a motorized platform attached to the back of the truck that will physically lower your order to the ground so that you can take it inside your business or home. The truck driver will place your order on the ground using the lift gate and you are responsible for bringing it inside.
