Two chambers in the Alto-Shaam VMC-H2 multi-cook oven interior provide operators the ability to cook different menu items simultaneously. With separate fan speed, cook time, and temperature controls, each chamber can accommodate one full-size hotel pan filled with different foods. No flavor or odor transfer will occur between the two items because airflow in the chamber is forceful.
