Description
The Alto-Shaam 100-HW/D6 drop-in hot food well can hold and warm one full-size, six-inch-deep food pan. Its heat level is adjustable to 10 different levels, so it can accommodate delicate or dense product. Special Halo Heat technology provides light, gentle warming, preventing food from getting tough.
This Alto-Shaam 100-HW/D6 drop-in well runs without water. This design eliminates work needed to fill the unit periodically and gets rid of dangerous hot steam. Its waterless bottom has coved corners on the ends so it can be wiped clean. For installation, this unit can be dropped into a cutout in the counter. Its control panel is attached by a protective conduit and can be mounted wherever is most comfortable.
